The return / exchange of products is possible under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  2. The product packaging must be in its original condition.
  3. The returned product must not have been used. In order to return a product, it must be in excellent condition, without any of the special markings (cards) being removedor having suffered material damage.
  4. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless real defects are found.
  5. In the event that the product to be returned is received by our company without prior charge of shipping costs, these costs are deducted from the amount to be returned.
  6. The buyer must place inside the package all the documents required by law, in order to enable the return of the specific product.

In the event that the above conditions are not met, the product will not be picked up by the store and will be returned to the sender, at his expense.

Upon the return of the product and its receipt, our store undertakes to replace the product with another similar and new one, in case the original has proven to be defective (replacement). If the new product has a higher price than the returned one, then the buyer has to go through a new payment process to pay the difference. However, if the new product has a lower value than the returned one, then our store credits the buyer with the difference.

 

MONEY REFUND CASES

1) In case you are sent a defective product and there is no stock to make a complete replacement and if you do not want another product from the store. Then you will be refunded the money of your purchase value, within a period of 20 days, as well as the shipping and cash on delivery costs that you may have been charged by depositing in a bank account of your choice. Refunds are made through EUROBANK. In case you request a refund to another bank please make sure of the costs that your bank may incur. In case of defective product only, the refund will be in full. You will not be charged shipping and return costs.

2)In case you are not satisfied with the product you received,for any reason, then you can return the product and re-purchase of equal or greater value than the product you returned. If you do not want another product from our store then we return the value of the specific product to your bank account. Shipping and cash on delivery costs charged will not be refunded. The return costs in this case are borne exclusively by you. Otherwise the return of the product will not be accepted and it will be returned to you again. The money is credited to your account through EUROBANK, according to the procedure described in the paragraph above.

 

Return of discount products

The products that belong to this category are the last pieces that are collected at the end of each season in our physical and online store. Because their prices are below their purchase cost, no changes or returns are made. Exceptions are defective products, for which we are responsible for their return and replacement.
