Payment upon delivery of the order (COD)

The customer pays the courier company, which acts on the orders of azzurrowoman.gr, with the delivery of the product to the place indicated by the customer or the receipt of the product from the place of the courier company.

Post Office – Couriers

The delivery of the products is done by cooperating courier companies, in which azzurrowoman.gr promotes the personal data of the users, such as name, shipping address and telephone so that it is possible to deliver and execute orders.

Order delay

The order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  1. The product has already been sold out and is not available. In this case, azzurrowoman.gr will contact the customer in order to inform him and provide him with an alternative solution.
  2. In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of the customer’s order. In these cases, and if possible, azzurrowoman.gr will contact the customer as soon as possible, in order for the latter to state whether he wishes to complete the order under these conditions.
  3. When a problem arises in the customer’s order (eg in relation to the product, in relation to its payment, etc.), but it is impossible to communicate by phone and / or via email with the customer because e.g. the information entered by the customer is not properly updated.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms of use and the use of the azzurowoman.gr website are governed by Greek Law, the applicable legal provisions of the European Union and the relevant International Treaties. In the event that any of these terms would be deemed invalid or void, this void or cancellation will not affect the validity of the other terms. The Courts of Athens are responsible for resolving any dispute arising from the use of the azzurowoman.gr website or regarding the interpretation or application of these terms of use or on the occasion thereof.
